SUDDENLY APPEARED, HALF HIDDEN - ON TOP OF WEBSITE

UPDATE: by chance ran into a deleted graphic still in the Recycle bin which points to a similar graphic without the red 'x' as part of the Windows Hotmail software.

This graphic has since disappeared from the top left corner of the site Main Page and only a top sliver of it was visible.



From memory, the Properties showed something like this as the URL "res://???dll.no connect.png"



Anyone know what this signifies on Blogger or as an insertion into Blogger by a third party?



Or by Google?
