THE TOP ONE IS THE PERMALINK AND THE SECOND THE WEBSITE. THE LINK ORIGINALLY POSTED IN THE ARTICLE A FEW DOWN FROM THE TOP (see the Obama Islamic photo with the certificate number blanked out) DID NOT WORK. THIS HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
