As a "good Christian" this concept is unacceptable. For an expert historian, it becomes more palatable. For an open mind, not encircled by Christian dogma or Islamic sharia or other religious creeds, it provides lots of food for throught.
This is part of history from 6,000 Years ago from Sumerian tablets.
Conflicts with religions? Not really, but predates them with some written factoids and provides the basis for names like Adam or Eden and potential evidence that visitors came to earth 400,000 years ago.
L. Ron Hubbbards Scientology "religion" appears to follow and promote this concept. Some more conventional religions also have a tinge of this in their ancient credos.
Fact, fiction or something in between - from so long ago - merits a moment of attention rather than automatic, defensive, fanatical denial. Nobody is obliged to accept or believe this. It has sufficient basis in established historical written record and veracity to merit a second look - if life-long spiritual beliefs are momentarily set aside.
In that context do read without anger and peruse this mind expanding presentation. Not little green men but visitors who looked like us - or vice-versa. Several items fit in with biblical statements BUT predate the oldest of religions like Zoroaster or Mithradates. So is it the chicken or the egg, which came first?
